look no further. OpenSnap is here to give you all the above. Quoting

Chubby
Botak Koala had the opportunity to try out OpenSnap during it launch
in Singapore. Hosted at Flutes, in National Museum Singapore, I took
the opportunity to play around with it. In short, my summary for the
OpenSnap is basically Instagram for FOOD mash together with OpenRice
food guide!!
All
you need to do is very simple. Download the app (available on iOS and
Android), login using your openrice ID or Facebook. From there,
wahlaa, you are up and running.
